The udon chef mixes two kinds of flour, forms the noodles after the consistency is perfect, and finally cooks the newly-formed noodles in a pressure cooker.
【 Soup 】
We use a copious amount of dried bonito and kelp to make the soup. Our soup contains no chemical
seasoning.
